A bit about me...
Originally from Germany, I moved to Australia over 10 years ago in search of new experiences and opportunities. Like many people arriving on a working holiday visa, I wasn’t entirely sure where my journey would lead, but I quickly found a passion for working with people and built a career in hospitality.
During this time, I completed studies in Leadership and Management and worked my way up from Barista to Café Manager, a role I’ve held for the past five years. Hospitality taught me the importance of communication, building relationships, understanding customer needs, and creating positive experiences — skills that continue to shape the way I work today.
For many years, my partner and I planned to become dive instructors and one day run our own dive shop. It was a dream we were both passionate about, but due to health challenges, we had to rethink our future and take a different path. While it wasn’t the direction we originally planned, it led me to new opportunities and eventually sparked my passion for marketing and helping small businesses grow.
Like many people, I found myself at a crossroad, unsure of what the next chapter would look like. Around the same time, visa requirements meant I had to leave Australia, and the opportunity to return came through studying. The question then became: what do I want to build a future in?
The answer came from an experience I hadn’t thought much about at the time. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I helped a friend with her small business and found myself genuinely enjoying the marketing side of things — creating content, thinking strategically, and helping her connect with her audience. It sparked an interest that continued to grow, leading me to pursue a Diploma in Digital Marketing.
Today, I’m combining my business, leadership, and customer service experience with my passion for marketing to help small businesses grow. I understand the challenges that come with running a business because I’ve spent years working closely with business owners and seeing firsthand how much they juggle every day.
Through Elevated Evergreen, my goal is to help small businesses build a stronger online presence through thoughtful marketing, content creation, and strategy that feels authentic to their brand. I believe marketing doesn’t have to be overwhelming, and with the right support, it can become a valuable tool for sustainable growth.
When I’m not working on marketing projects, you’ll usually find me spending time outdoors, enjoying a good coffee, or surrounding myself with animals. I’m a big animal lover and often spend my free time with dogs, including helping a friend with her dog-related business. Supporting small businesses is something I’m passionate about, whether it’s through marketing or simply lending a helping hand where I can.
