About Elevated Evergreen
My path here wasn’t a straight line, and I think that’s part of why I’m good at this. I moved to Australia from Germany over ten years ago on a working holiday visa, not entirely sure where it would lead.
I ended up building a career in hospitality – working my way up from Barista to Café Manager, a role I held for five years, while completing my Diploma in Leadership & Management. Hospitality taught me how to communicate, build relationships, and genuinely understand what people need – skills I use every day now.
For a while, my partner and I planned a very different future – training as dive instructors and eventually running our own dive shop. Life had other plans, and around the same time a visa change meant I had to leave Australia. It turned out to be the turning point I didn’t know I needed.
During Covid, I helped a friend with her small business and discovered I loved the marketing side – the strategy, the content, the challenge of helping someone connect with their audience. That interest turned into a Diploma in Digital Marketing, and eventually, into Elevated Evergreen.
Today I bring both halves of that experience together: years of hands-on leadership and customer service, paired with proper marketing training.
I know how much goes into running a small business, because I’ve spent years standing behind the counter of one – which is exactly why I understand how little time is usually left over for marketing.
Through Elevated Evergreen, I help small businesses grow a stronger online presence through content, strategy and marketing that actually feels authentic to their brand — not overwhelming, not generic, just genuinely them. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors, drinking good coffee, or surrounded by dogs – including helping a friend run her dog-related business, which is part of why I love working with businesses in that space too.
